As the creative lead, I drove a full-scale transformation of Nissan USA’s digital platform—placing the customer at the core of every interaction. From strategic planning and UX to UI and visual design, I led a comprehensive redesign that reshaped how users engage with content, explore vehicles, and navigate decision-making moments.

Working closely with developers, strategists, writers, and global stakeholders, we built a scalable design system and a unified experience framework. The outcome was a robust digital playbook rolled out globally—aligning teams across markets and setting a new standard for consistency and innovation.
