Nissan USA’s digital platform was reimagined to place the customer at the center of every interaction. Spanning strategy, UX, UI, and visual design, the redesign streamlined how users engage with content, explore vehicles, and navigate key decision-making moments.
Built in collaboration with cross-functional and global teams, the work established a scalable design system and unified experience framework—later evolving into a digital playbook rolled out across markets to drive consistency and innovation.
